Darryl Abrams
Dr. Darryl Abrams is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where he is the Medical Director of the Intermediate Care Unit and Pre-Critical Care Services. He is a member of the Network and Conference Committees of the International ECMO Network (ECMONet). His clinical and research interests include the role of ECLS in acute and chronic respiratory failure and pulmonary hypertension, with a particular interest in the ethical implications of extracorporeal technology.
