György Lang, MD PhD

Dr. Lang is a thoracic and lung transplant surgeon, currently appointed as Associate Professor at the Division of Thoracic Surgery in the Medical University of Vienna, Austria and as Director of he Lung Transplant Program and Head of Department and at the Thoracic Surgery in the Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary.

Main fields of clinical and research interest include lung transplantation, intraoperative ECMO support, ECMO bridge, thoracic malignancies, lung metastasis, chest wall reconstruction, laser surgery, endobronchial stent techniques.
